eXPerience .net CD

There was a sign up form on Microsoft.com to get the free eXPerience .net utilities CD. Just got the CD today but it is not working. I have also tried it on my friends computer (Windows ME). CD is in good condition.

Anyone else got this CD (eXPerience .net Utilities)? Is it working?
