Windows XP SP2 Beta (Build 2055)

I don't usually install Beta program on production computers,, but I took the chance with one system and installed Win XP SP2 Beta 2055 on it, and "WOW" what a difference,, all kind of Network issue and hibernation/ standby , conectivity, I.E problem has gone away,,, well... I have installed it on more them one system now and I see better performance from the computers ,, anyway, just wanted to share that with you:

*blinks* *gasps* Microsoft actually released a Service pack that worked!! Wow, maybe, just maybe MS is improving ;P


I'm downloading the service pack now as I type, hope its as good as you say :P.

Careful when installing SP2 for windows XP. It is not fully released yet, a cpiple months away I think. It has a lot of new security settings in it that can disable your system when installed. If you have good working knowledge with XP you should be fine.
