Question office 2000

I am installing my MS Office 2000 on my new computer that has MS Win XP and I am getting a message that I am missing a mwowc.dll...What??? can someone help me? The new computer is a Dell.

Did you spell that correctly? Did you mean msowc.dll (MS Office Web Components)? If so, the only advice I was able to find on it is to try it over again (uninstall Office > re-install Office). Actually, you probably only need to re-install Access since Access has the .dll.
