mp3 error message

I have a samsung yp35 mp3 player that is giving me grief. One day everything is working fine....next time I go to load some music,plug in the usb cable but the removable disc E does not appear and cannot be found???

Decide to uninstall the program and re-install but get an error message that reads like this:

unhandled exception

error number: 0x80070725

description: incompatible version of the rpc stub


can anyone shed some light on my problem?
