Installer for PCI Modem giveing issues on Win XP SP1

Hi,

I am trying to install the driver for PCI Modem - (Modem type - HSF). It is giving me an error "The specified location does not contain information about your computer".

I am trying to resolve the issue that I get blue crash screen as soon as I log on to internet. Currently the modem is not installed, that might be the culprit of the issue

What kind of modem do you have exactly? tell me and I will try to find your model and send you a driver.
