how do u remove nvidia display context menu

when i right click on the desktop, there is a "NVIDIA Display ->" on the menu
how do i remove this without having to turn off nvidia driver?

i tried ShellExView to disable one shell, at first i though it worked but when when i turn off the nvidia screen and restart. i get a 8 bit color with lowest resolution when i tune the nvidia monitor back on.
