Question System Sub-Components

I'm having difficulty finding out how I displayed my pc's components. I used a certain command using RUN to display the hardware/memory properties but I do not remember what the command line was. When I restored my pc a while ago I had remembered that the past commands I had used would no longer be available for me to select in the RUN dialog box leaving me clueless as to what that command was. I need to know where I can find my Graphics properties i.e...hardware information (and no it wasn't the Display Properties dialog box, it was much more detailed than that.) Please help if you understand. Thank you for your time.

Telling us what kind of system your on would help a lot! Try right clicking on "My Computer" then properties and see if what your looking for is in the system properties.

That probably would help wouldn't it? lol. Well I'm using Windows XP. I tried "My Computer" properties and looked in each of the tabs but still didn't find what I was looking for. Anyway, Thanx.
