I tried what you said, but still, i keep receiving the same error messages, when trying to install and uninstall the drivers.

When im playing videos they go really slow, or a it gets covered by a green thing.

Its A ASUS K8V,

Im running Windows Xp Pro,

The drive that its has its the new one(71.89) but its not working good.

Im using an Nvidia FX5200

The thing is that when i playing a video, the like around 3 seconds into the video it slows down, or it turns green. Im not sure if its the graphic card or any other software.

try this: In device manager bring up your display adapter (fx5200) right click, select properties, driver, roll back driver.

Do you have any more detail on the error messages ??

Seems weird as it is only software, do you have admin rights ?

im starting to think that is not the drivers. I searched in yahoo and found that some people are having the same problem. Windows MeDia Player if using up to 95% of the cpu speed.

I open the same videos with DVIX player and nothing happens. So i think its not a prob with the Driver, i think Windows Media Player i corrupted.
I scand for Viruses and Spyware and all that stuff and im clean.
