Disk On Key Problem

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post about Disk on key, but i'm trying.

I have a problem with mine, which makes all the files invisible.
I connect the disk on key, open the folder but cannot see all the files I put it. When I try to add files, it tell me that it's full, and I can also see that on Properties, so they are still there but i cannot see them.
Anyone knows why its happening?
