bluetooth dongle

well hello everyone
i am a new user

when i run " bthprops.cpl " .....
instead of bluetooth manager being opened automatically ......... NOTHING HAPPENS !!!!

when i use my usb bluetooth device (dongle) windows doesnot recognise it and assigns a question mark to it in the device manager as a usb device !!

i am using a 3rd party software for this dongle right now ...

so

all this has lead me to believe that my windows home edition with service pack 2 doesnt have a bluetooth stack !!!

iam using a dell inspiron 9300 laptop

I NEED THE STACK OF MICROSOFT TO SYNC WITH MY POCKET PC ....
