need help can someone plz help me ati problem

ive got a ati radeon x600 pro pci express card 256 the problem is when i try to go online wiv the games the pc keep's frezzin and i have to turn it off by the plug playing the game its self like single player it play great i duno why itdoesant play online can anyone help me plz
