I just discovered that I am missing all sound on my computer. I have NO clue what happened and I'm not a computer wiz by any means. I have been searching online and it seems you are one of the best at diagnosing problems and solving them. Could you help me as well?

Hey guys, just reinstalled windows XP and now my sound doesn't work

. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Not sure if it is any help, but I have my entire C:/ drive backed up on my 2nd HD from before I reinstalled XP.

Thank you so much, sound works fine.

But now, after I restarted my computer, the resoulution is really low, and the color looks horrible and so do the icons. Any way to fix this? I looked and the color settings are set to 4bit, which are the lowest and I cant change it.

ANy help?

It's late here, can you post the next section of belarc, your comp has more than one type of video cards.

There thats the whole report except for the installed software parts, and the ip addresses and the verifications what not because the message was too long. Before I reinstalled windows XP it always said that there was my ATI card and it always had a drop down menu from the ATI settings that said secondary, so maybe thats what it is, I have no idea.
