Yes. I did that.. and nothing. I think i will reinstall system one more time, but now xp without sp3 integrated...
On other forum i got this answer: "IT CAN'T BE DONE. go to HP's 4 page document at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...name=c01092639 . This will explain why."
It's pretty scary for me...

Everything is already OK!  My previous cd install with XPsp3 (tweaked) was maybe unstable, or sp3 caused problems, now with original cd with sp2 - all steps from above gone smooth. Audio driver http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...84495&dlc=e n

Now i know what's happend. Guilty is... Microsoft  Everything explained here http://boredsysadm.blogspot.com/2008...-hd-audio.html
After this i was able to keep my system, with sp3 and of course with working audio, untouched  Maybe it helps somebody else
