This is Intel D845 Motherboard.

Any problems highlighted in Device Manager, the board D845 is not enough to check with Intel, need to know more, boards usally have at least 4 letters after the D845.Does your comp run for long periods without you shutting down.

simon.

Before you use these drivers can you check your report, and let me know the Asset tag number, the reason is you quote your comp is Intel but I'm wonderng why there is no Chipset driver offered on this link, there should be, let me know to be sure.

This is the link to your Dell Inspiron 2500 drivers http://support.euro.dell.com/support...os=WW1&osl=EN#

SET A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE INSTALLING JUST IN CASE
