philips pcvc675k cd is not opening

cd is not opening

hey my cd meant for webcam philips pcvc675k is not opening up. Installation
couldn't be done. Downloaded drivers asks for cd at one stage or another. Help needed. please respond. This is very urgent. The philips people are not very helpful.
