I need help please!!! No Sound!!!

Well I recently wiped my hard drive and I thought I installed all necessary drivers, but when I went to play music I couldn't hear anything.

Please help me and tell me what I need to do!!!

I saw Bookworm telling people to use Belarc and to copy and paste information in other posts so I did:
