Desperate for Hitachi HM-4521-D Monitor Driver

Hitachi Corporate Site is USELESS!!! they only offer drivers from last couple of years, even in past products link. BADLY need this driver for my monitor. Learned my lesson this time; will make a back-up copy if you folks can help me find it!!!!! Thank You!!! e-mail firemcd@bellsouth.net
