Really need a correct monitor driver

Hi,
I have an old Dell D1526T-HS triniton monitor, its about 7 or 8 years old now, but its still a really good monitor. The problem i have is that i can't find the right driver on the internet anywhere. I've tried dell and other major sights but they don't have the right driver to download. Please tell me of places i might get this driver.

Did you try any of the generic drivers for dells at drivers guide? You may not find anything for your exact model but another driver may work. Even an old sony driver may. I have played around with linux monitor drivers for mine and as long as the pertinent specs match up, it works - sometimes with flaws. You can also post an ad there for a driver.
