Battlefield 2/WoW grahpics nurf...

I have a Radeon X700 Pro and Catalyst version 05.8. I also recently installed Act Of War. The problem is that when I play WoW or BF2 (This does not occur when I play any Valve/Steam games) the anti-aliasing feature doesn't seem to come into play. This hasn't always been like this and I recently installed the latest Catalyst 8.5 (but unistalled because it kept defaulting to settings). Any ideas on how I can make anti-aliasing work again?
