Web Cam on MSN Messenger

I'm have a problem connecting with the other person when sending web cam invitaion... it'll say that its connecting and after awhile... it says that i canceled when i didnt.. does anyone have any idea whats happening and what i could try to fix this problem?? i appreciate the help!

exact same thing happened to me...

make sure that both you and your friend have the most up to date version of MSN (You can do that by going to "Help" then "About MSN" in MSN messenger)

should work after that, and if not, make sure that your port settings are set to allow MSN
