WebCam not connected - installation problem

Hi All,

I am trying to install a Pix-Eye(Green-House) webcam but there is problem in the instalation, it is throwing the following error "Failed to intall Driver". I am trying to install it from CD which I have got along the webcam. I appreciate if someone could help in this.

are you installing from the CD application or through windows?
