No sound

Hi,

Guess I'm not the only one who lost sound. I think it's an epidemic.

I can't tell what the sound driver was. I don't see it on Belarc, but I'll be glad to send that long report if someone wants to see it.

Any help you can offer will be appreciated.

What operating system are you using Carol?
If your using XP you can go to device manager (start>right click on 'my computer'>select 'properties'>hardware>device manager.)
Now locate your sound driver in the list. Double click on it and follow the instructions to remove them. Reboot your PC and XP will install the default drivers from memory
