Hi,
This is starting to bug me!
I purchased an
ECS 755 A2 (1.0) Motherboard and built my own computer this past summer. Up until now I never needed the speed of USB 2.0. I recently purchased a digital camera card reader and have begun shooting RAW photos. 50 or 60 Raw images takes a long time on 1.1

. Anyway, my computer gives me an error that
"This device can perform faster, plug it into a HI Speed port."
I've tried all the ports I have including the case ports, to no avail. Further investigation led me to find that my
Host Controllers are out of date. I went to ECS's website and the drivers they have are only for Win2k, not
XP Pro as I need. I tried to install the drivers anyway and windows wouldn't let me, it said the latest drivers were installed on SP1, which I'm running
SP2.
Does anyone know where I can find an update? Windows Update was of no help and ECS hasn't as of yet returned my E-mail.
Thanks,
Matt
