Question Video Driver Asus V9520 Magic

Although i have asked for help on the same following problem i have never been able to find an answer yet and would apreciate anyones advice. The problem is everytime i turn on my pc and windows xp pro loads up it comes with an error message wanting to shut down my Asus V9520 Magic driver. I have had the same driver working fine without any problems for nearly two years and the problem only started recently. The computer can still work fairly fine but crashes when more graphics are required e.g some games. I think the card itself works well because i have linux suse 8.2 on a seperate partition which i had for also a number of years working fine with the same card. The card still works fine with linux. I think the problem could be with windows and a corupt .dll file reading asus card.
Q1)Any ideas to sort this problem?
Q2)How could i test asus card that is working at its best capacity or not within windows?
