Hi
Im new to all of this and im no whizz on computers.
I have been having a problem with my Video Controller. Everytime i load my computer up it says "found new hardware" but when i go to install it, the file says it can not install properly.

When i try to play dvd's now they are very slow and play in frames.

please can someone helpme as i have not got a clue what to do or where to start.

Jon, we need to know the make and model of your comp, if your not sure get Belarc http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

copy and paste the report into the post, you need your Graphic driver.
