Webcam driver installation problem

I had attached iBall ROBO - 351 webcam to the computer with windows xp.

After starting the machine, it discovered the new hardware attached and prompted me to install the driver, so I inserted the product cd, and started searching the CD for the driver, but it couldn't find the driver in the CD.

So I started installing the driver manually, and after installation the message that appeared was, that the driver didn't pass winlogo authentication, and it might create problems.

Please help me.
