I just recently bought a Creative webcam. I installed the software on Windows XP and it works properly. So when connected the webcam to the usb port, it says an error occurred and it may not work properly. If I can recall the error was #10. So I tried updating the driver and that was not needed and then I uninstalled and reinstalled and I have the same problem. And my laptop freezes up everytime and I have to restart it everytime. So im not sure what I need to do to correct this error and stop my computer from freezing up. So any advice would be helpful.
