Sony DRU 710A Driver and Samsung SD-616F Driver Needed

My computer stopped recognizing the DVD Rom (Samsung) and the DVD RW (Sony) when I attempted to upgrade Nero software. It states that Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. Neither of the devices show up in my computer but are shown in Device Manager. XP Pro System restore was tried and it will not work. Any help would be appreciated.
