Hi!
I had followed the link that you give me and download that drive.
It came with Zip folder and I have to extract it but when I extracted
and looked for setup file, there isn’t. So I go to my sound drive(Creative AudioPCI(ES1371,ES1373(WDM)) then update it by use the files that I
downloaded (Tell me if this way is right or wrong). After that I got
SB PCI (WDM) and I had to restart My computer. The computer
restart normally and then stop responsible when windows boot(The
small ball under words "Windows WP" stop running. I also waited it
if it runs again but nothing happen).I restarted again. Then I got
the following message "We apologize for the inconvenience, but
Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software
Change might have caused this. If your computer stopped responding,
restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shutdown to protect your files and folders, choose Last Know Good Configuration to revert to the most recent setting that worked. If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed or if you aren't sure that caused the problem, choose start Windows Normally.
Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with commend prompt
Last know good configuration (your most recen setting that worked)
Start windows normally"
I chose "Last know good configuration" but I still couldn't start my computer. For second time I chose "safe mode”, windows could start. I don't know how to do with this problem. It comes from the drive that I just install or not? But you know, before I had this problem also but when I chose"Last know good configuration" I could start my computer. Now I want you to help me with this new problem. For the sound problem, it don't solve yet because windows couldn’t start normally. Please help me step by step because I'm just 15 years old and I haven't so must experience in computer. If you want more
information, I'm please to reply. Thanks you very mush for your answer.

Is the computer still not starting, if so Start in Safe Mode and roll back the driver see here on how to

Default How to rollback a device driver
There are times when you install an ungrade to a device driver but instead of getting an upgrade you get downgraded in the sense that either you loose on performance or its stoping functioning at all. In situation like this where you are still able to logon with System priviledges, you can roll back the driver.
Here are the steps:

1. Log in with an administrator account
2. Right click on My Computer
3. Select Properties
4. Click on the Hardware tab
5. Click on the Device Manager button
6. Select the device you want to rollback or reconfigure
7. Click on the Driver tab and then click on the Roll Back Drive button

Hope this helps
