I double click on it and all it says is "you dont have the software to open this would you like to select the program from a list or search for it online." When I search fro it online it says that it cant be opened.

I dont know what to do with that
When I try to add the file to it I cant. I open up the xp folder and there is nothing there

Download the file again, now you have winzip, it will ask what you want to do with the file, choose a location and save it, when you double click the downloaded file winzip will open automatically and unzip for you.
