i ran the report as suggested, unfortunately that link you provided for me did not work (may just be my computer) but i managed to download it everest from elswhere, here is the summary you were asking for ( i hope i've pasted the correct part...)

Click I Accept – wait for site to reload – click Next

Download the (Executable) file – save to desktop – double click downloaded file and follow installation instructions.

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions
