Hey i need help with my sound too i reformatted windows xp now my onboard sound isnt working...its an analog device 2006 ADI UAA Function Driver for high definition audio...please someone help me asap!

need more info, make and model of comp or Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case

Hey instead of making a new topic, can somebody give me a hand.
My story is, i reformatted my computer (Windows XP Home SP2) then installed a fresh copy of Windows XP Professional, i noticed my Multimedia sound driver isn't working and i can't find a working driver for it. The previous driver i had before reformatting was "SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio".

Here's a quick scan of my system with using Belarc;
