asus A7n8x-vm drivers needed!

I have an Imesh computer with an ASUS A7N8X-VM motherboard.
I recently reinstalled windows and found that the ethernet or sound card didnt install. Ive tried looking for drivers on the net but ive been unsuccesful in finding the write ones. The LAN and Audio card are both on board and the lan has foxconn written on it but this site http://www.motherboard.cz/mb/asus/A7N8X-VM.htm says it has an nvidia 10/100Mbsp LAN and a C-Media 8738 audio controller.i
I downloaded and installed the cmedia drivers but the sound still doesnt work.

Can someone please help me??

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case

the audio is a Realtek AC'97, go here to Realtek to get driver http://w3serv.realtek.com.tw/downloa...&Software=True
