Question Sorry I know I am clueless

hi

first off im COMPLETELY computer illirate (and i also cant spell :P) Dont assume i know anything, i find every thing about computers confusing

One day my computer randomly came up with 'found new hardware' and it tried to install a sound driver (?maybe) nyway it didnt work and now i dont have sound :S

It randomly came back one day but then it went away again :'( SO CONFUSING!!!

I know you prob need more info bout my computer but i have no idea how to get it... if you can tell me what i have 2 tell u & where to look ill try & find it

I'll tell u what i do know: my computer is really old and dodge and put together from scrap metal, but its all i got so i make the most of it.

it has XP on it and SP2 (whateva that means :P)

If anyone could help me that would be AWESOME!!!

then highlight from Operating system down to Drives....once highlight right click and left click on Copy....Then come back here and right click and left click Paste
