Sound Problem....STILL! Bought New Sound Card

Ok, now, I had a prob with my old sound card, and it seemed to have been ruined due to the electricity going. I just bought a new sound card (A PCI one), CS4280 to be exact. I've installed it in the system unit already, and I was hoping that when I turned on the computer, it would pick up that I had a new hardware device. But it didn't, and it still says No Audio Device in my control panel. I got a lil' disk to use to install the driver(s), but I dont have a driver for it. It's one of those real small CDs (dont know what its called lol).

Here's any necessary info:

check that the card is seated correctley, they need a little push down untill they click, XP should have recognised the new hardware, and launched the Hardware Wizard if it needed a driver, XP has most of it's own drivers. Checking for this card, check that it is a Crystal CS4280, if it is you can get the driver at DriversGuide, you have to register.
http://www.driverguide.com/
the only driver I can find is for Win98SE, to get follow this path
Log in - Sound Cards / No:17 Crystal Semiconductors / No: 16 CS4280 Mat, 7 2002.

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case.

Hope this helps
