nVIDIA GeForce FX GO 5200 with 64 MB DDR driver?

Hi, my Toshiba Satellite M30 notebook suddenly started displaying flashing vertical stripes on the screen. While everything else seems to be working, the resolution of the screen suddenly changed to 800 x 600. It has also disabled the StandBy function when shutting down. So now, when I turn on the laptop, it just seems like everything about the computer is fine except the stripes that run down the screen.
A friend told me that the 2 possibilities are that either the driver for the graphics card isn't working properly or the graphics card itself is broken. So I have to check if I can reinstall the driver to fix the issue.
My question is does anyone know where to find the driver for a nVIDIA GeForce FXGO 5200 with 64 MB DDR card? When I went on the nVIDIA website to download, none of the available graphics driver options seem to be the correct one. I'm not particularly knowledgeable with computers, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You should have a drivers and utilitiy CD with this laptop, use the CD to reinstall the drivers.

Best way to check if your screen, or card has had it, is to check it in BIOS.

If its the same, check on an external monitor also.

If its OK on an external monitor, its more likely your screen on the laptop.
If its fine, your card has had it.
