Cannot load audio device

My audio device seems to not be working it is saying that they cannot load wdmaud driver, so sound does not play on my computer. the only time you hear sound is when the computer is being cut on or shutting down.

I have a Gateway Window xp service pack 2.
I'm using VIA AC'97 Audio controller (WDM)
and Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373)(WDM)

Your specs show you have two audio devices installed, one of which is on-board integrated (VIA AC'97). This must be disabled in the BIOS setup if you wish to install drivers to use the Creative PCI audio card.
