Terminal Server Device Redirector Problems

hello,
i seem to have a couple of problems when i open my device manager. First of all, there's a yellow exclimation mark next to Terminal Server Device Redirector.. it update it, or scan for hardware changes. i tried disabling and enabiling it but that doesnt seem to work. any help plz?
The other problem is that i got no sound. and i get the same yellow sign next to Multimedia Audio Controller, i tried reading different threads and posts but it seems that every person has a different version of the sound.. i found a link of EVEREST program that bookworm posted for a user and downloaded the program i got alotta info.. this is what i got:
