Built in NIC, how do I figure out what driver?

Built in NIC, how do I figure out what driver?

Any clue, took the thing apart... and I see no hint as to what driver I'd need for this.
Any suggestions?

Just incase someone finds this in a search... the Board ID can be found on top of the video card slot...
