Need Network Adapter driver

I searched with no luck

On the hardware it says m-tek H16101DF 0332

On the backside theres a sticker with the P/N and S/N, don't know if those are useful but let me know if I should post it here.

that picture was really useful ......the logo on the chipset looks like Realtek logo.....you just need to read what is written on the second like...it could be 8139 or 8138 model...I can't see it clearly on the picture..in any case, that NIC is a realtek card and you can find the drive for it on the following site, pending the model number:
