No Sound device

I just added a new HDD to my PC. My old HDD was a 20GB. Now I have a 250GB. When I had the old HDD, I had sound coming out of everywhere! But now I get an icon stating that there is no sound device! I assume I need a driver, but I've been looking for it all over and can't find it. This is the only information I can pull out of MyComputer/Properties;
AMD Athlon(tm)Processor
1.33GHz
Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pak 2

Can you guys help me?

Not with that info. We need to know either the make/model number of motherboard if it's a fixed, integrated sound--chip; or make and model of soundcard if it's a removable one.
