Should anybody having this driver?
Wireless Network Card for Toshiba Dynabook A50 model: TX/2513CWSB
I lost it when I install new OS.

You need to know the make/model of the wireless NIC, not the make of the laptop. Get the name and model of the NIC then go the maker's website and see if they have the software for it on their support section.
Failing that, on Windows XP you can set up your NIC with the software built in to Windows: Control Panel>Wireless Network Setup Wizard
