how to find out what sound driver/card i have

Board: SiS-651
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 04/08/2003

Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600

multimedia none detected.

how do i find out my sound doesnt work at all
