My sound is not working either. I did the Belarc run and here is what I have: My multimedia shows nothing? On my device manager I have an Exclamation on my matshita dvd-ram uj-820s and a question mark on my multimedia controller device. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing. Can You Help Me Please???
