searching a driver

yesterday my computer crashed , i installed windows xp again, but got no sound =s , can somebody help me wich sound driver i need to download, only thing i know is, i got a packard bell computer , and unimodem half-duplex audio.

sorry for my bad english, i hope someone can help me
