I've got a similar problem. Windows lists that there's a driver missing for the Video card, but I can't find out what kind it is.
An Unknown Devices program tells me this:
VGA Compatible, Unknown Device and Vender, PNPID: VEN_1106&DEV_3108&SUBSYS_0F601019&REV_01
And Belarc has this to say:
