New Sound Card = No SOUND!

So i just installed my new Creative sound card and all the driver w/ updates.
I disabled audio in the BIOS and took off any remaining audio drivers.

Yet i Still get the No Audio Device found AND for all my audio/video drivers it says .
Quote:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
This happened for my onboard sound so i thought that buying a sound card would fix it, i guess not...
