Toshiba dynabook drivers needed

I've been looking all over for the drivers for this Japanese Toshiba Dynabook, no luck!

Sound and Video are dire needs!

Thanks for the suggestion, Miz. However, this is a Japanese Toshiba so the English language/region sites do not have the model listed in their support pages. I actually tried fumbling around the Japanese Toshiba Dynabook support page but it doesn't have the drivers either.
