No sound weird issues

Ok yesterday afternoon after a reboot my sound just stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting wizards through dell and nothing work. I got on their tech support chat thing and we did a remote access to my computer 2 hours later sound worked (I think they installed a driver) Well before we hung up my sound went out again. So I informed them of that and he was going to put me off for two days because they are on holiday. so anyway he told me to perform a custom test on my system to test my motherboard etc from the boot utility partition. I got sound there and my tests passed, except for the surround sound and rear surround, which I don't think my speakers have. After running the test my sound came back. I haven't reinstalled anything on my computer recently my sound just pooped out. They want me to next go back to factory installed on my computer, which is just about 4 mos old. I really want to avoid doing that or the step after that of totally reinstalling windows. So here is my hope that someone can help me out and get my sound to work and stay working.

I ran the belarc test and here is the information that bookworm has requested.
