Multimedia Audio Controller + SoundMAX drivers problems = nosound
hi guys hope you can help
it started this morning when i got on the computer (windows XP, home edition) , there was no sound and a new hardware device had been detected which was the multimedia audio controller i checked it in the device manager, and there was a yellow question mark next to it. my sound device - soundmax is missing in the device manager
i'm also getting popups from spybot SD resident saying
"21/05/2007 8:44:02 PM Allowed value "SoundMAXPnP" (new data: "") deleted in System Startup global entry!"
"21/05/2007 8:44:05 PM Allowed value "SoundMAX" (new data: "") deleted in System Startup global entry!"
i dont know what this means, but im sure it has something to do with my audio drivers, cause they're deleted.
